The article demonstrates a subtle shift in the tactics being employed by global warming scaremongers. First they have moved away from the idea that it is already happening and retreated to forecasts with a sufficiently long time horizon so that they cannot be proven wrong in their lifetime. Secondly, while we weren't looking, they changed their language from "global warming" to "climate change" as if to hedge their bet just in case things go the other way.
